We are pleased to offer this letter of recommendation for Mr. Andy Gorstein of The Blind Spot. After entertaining about four different proposals from different companies for window treatments, we chose The Blind Spot. We were impressed with Andy’s attention to detail in his presentation of our options. He was courteous and came prepared with all of the information we needed in order to make an intelligent decision. He took a few hours to go over the different Hunter Douglas products and color options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each of the styles. We ordered treatments for more than 30 windows that included styles such as Silhouette, Vignette, “Top Down Bottom Up,” and a few more. On top of the great service, Andy provided us the best price!

When placing the order, Andy informed us that delivery would be about 2 weeks. Almost exactly 2 weeks later, our order was in, and Andy immediately scheduled an appointment to perform the installation. Andy came and installed all of the window treatments himself in a very timely manner. Andy unpacked everything and removed all of the packing materials. We are extremely happy with the job that Andy did for us and we would highly recommend him.
